National Security and Defence studying bill March 19.Remember Bill C 45 is being studied by 4 different committes happenings BEFORE 2nd reading passes. 2nd reading is voted on March 22 i believe. But the sub committees begin before then report back to Senate without affecting the main committee. It's a bit over kill and mostly for show.
