The MJ black market will always exist. They are the ones that became legal so they can make legal profit. Quality of MJ you can get in the streets of Montreal are as good as any MJ anywhere. If I can get a gram of Blue God for a better price from a dealer then a distributor, I probably would.
Another thing to consider, are not all canadians allowed to grow up to 4 plants. Again, I'll do it, police what you will, part of the reason for legalization was to wipe out black market sales and reduce the minor possesion infractions that are still waiting for their day in court. Will there be pot police to check what people are growing in their back yards?
I wonder...what do you all think?
