not happen. The Senate is a VERY structured place. The vote structure for BIll C45 has already been established in the Senate. They are debating by THEMES in the senate until the final vote on June 7th. Today's theme was home cultivation.
There are only 4 more sitting days for the Senate until June 7th. The final 3rd reading vote will happen exactly on June 7th. Each day, appropriate for each theme the Conservatives are trying to insert NEW amendments which have to be voted on.
The speaker has limited debate to 10 MINS max for each senator and 15 min break before each vote. It is all very structured at this point as i said.
Just wait until June 7th. This bill (with already established amendments) will pass with ease.
