You can call it Constellations money all you want, fact is Constellation gave up their money for Canopy shares. Make no mistake about it that money belongs to Canopy Growth and will be used for dominating. Problem is the trajectory of domination has changed since they fired Bruce. I'm sitting in 100 % cash right now waiting for Constellation or Bruce to blink. Whichever happens first will get my investment. If constellation makes a move but I believe is in line with Bruce's vision of domination I will reinvest in canopy. However, if before that happens Bruce ends up becoming CEO of a US cannabis company then my money flows to them as it would be tough to bet against Bruce and all the knowledge and connections he has any industry. If it ends up being canopy, constellation will be on a very short leash with me

Everyone has a strategy and i respect that . But fact is most will end up chasing the SP eventually.  Under 48.00 is a solid longterm PP . The NRs for "world domination" will not rollout weekly like it did with bruce at the helm as he set them up to have a solid base going forward . Now it is about execution in regards to those acquisitions made with constellations money . On the other hand their future partner Acreage can and will be aggressive in expansion states side ie nevada and in the rolling out of the tweed and tokyo smoke brands when permitted to do so..

Also make no mistake constellation bought a stake of the company which means they were significant owners with majority on the BOD . FULL OF STZ .This was not some purchase of shares on the open market like you make it out to be . You act as if this money was just given to bruce no strings attached . Bruce stated that he kinda knew this could happen by having so many STZ guys and gal on the BOD but he said, knowing what he knows now he would still do the deal because it was crucial for his companies longterm success and maximizing his shareholders value.

Btw Constellation brands is an international fortune500 company that has over 100 brands under its belt with 40+ wineries, breweries ,distilleries and over 10k employees in 5 different countries . Modelo is my favorite out of their beer selection but i heard ballast point(one of most awarded craft brewers) makes great brews...

Not sure why some investors here think they cannot execute?.Makes no sense ..Deep pockets ,distribution networks in place , knowledge and IP in place . Global relationships, institutional confidence ,market confidence ect ect..STZ Up and running since 1945! Bruce set up the blueprint now its execution time ...
