RE:RE:Whole new crowd hereI grew a plant this summer. Bought it at a 420 rally as a seedling. Took 5 months to grow and 1 month to dry and cure...although the cure process is still probably being completed as we speak.
Sampled some of it the other night. Pretty impressed with it actually. Will I do it next year? I think the answer is yes, but I will buy vape pens and oils still because to be honest I want the convenience of those delivery systems.
So in future it is completely possible that due to some home grow I will not buy as much dry bud, but I will still access the value added products because to be honest...spending time tending the plants and then hanging them to dry and then curing them is a lot of work and I am not going to be spending more time extracting the flower into oils.
ps my whole house smelled lke weed for the 10 days that the plant was brought inside to hang to dry. My entire family complained about the smell and overall laughed at my home grow. And I only grew one plant and it was Indica and overall not that large...so I can't even imagine the smell of four plants drying inside...because at that point I think my family would be like you know what I'm not up for this smell any longer.
