Nothing personal, but that's considered hearsay, especially since the person "helping" you with your questions could be bull-sh*tting.  Come on, requiring cans to be child-resistant?  How? 

If, by any chance, that were ever true, it would suggest to me at least that there is political interference from the federal government.  Maybe it doesn't like Constellation's control of Canopy's board of directors?  As a Canadian, I would be.
