RE:Anyone explain why Acreage is not jumping? I am so confused on the floating shares. I *think* based on the "potential" these shares should be tracking at least 50% of Canopy for a double if the trigger happens and Canopy folds these share into Canopy. Even if Canopy allows these shares to float they should be higher based on direct potential. Perhaps Canopy wants the price low so they can do a 6 for 1 deal instead of a 1 to 1.
Like I said this is very confusing and if anyone has a rock solid understanding can you please share your understanding?
