What exactly does this accomplish? Mexico lawmakers missed thier end of April deadline (shocking), Im assumed they are waiting to see what the states do. Anyone? Is this the special session, somehow getting dealt with by the Supreme Court? This is hard to follow...Anyone?

Or is it just striking down criminalization?
