Fridays Options in the marketCGC and GME are trading an identical pattern today, like most days. This Friday on GME 434,000 puts will expire OTM which corresponds to 43.4 million shares. Shorts have been using them to maintain their short position and with the new OCC rules, they won't be able to buy more puts to offset, they will need to find those shares to borrow.
