RE:CAPITULATION?? NOT EVEN CLOSE
I agree this doesn't feel like the bottom it feel more like a grinding lower still. I thought it might capitulate when $20 broke but it sure doesn't feel like it. Volume is too low. This is still in meat grinder mode. The next psychological number I guess would be $15 bucks if the low from last year break. I hope that's the case for the poor people here holding. For traders it's doesn't matter the price it bottoms but holding long the price sure as hell matters. Holding long in the Canadian weed sector is stupid and dangerous. You should be holding long US cannabis stocks and short the Canadian stocks which is probably what's happening. The US companies will for sure surpass Canopy in sales this year and are already looking to have better margins although it's hard to tell what investments will pay off because Canopy burns money like it's firewood. I'm sure their marketing is burning cash like crazy let's hope it pays off for them.
