I should clarify that 3.05 shares of Acreage will be swapped for 1 share of Canopy. At current prices that is about $7.50 worth of Acreage will get you 1 share of CGC worth about $15 US.

It's worth a look and a little due diligence. I believe that Canopy will do the deal!
