I believe it is being reported now because they are attempting to appeal. Trina Fraser is pretty much the most respected cannabis lawyer at present. If she is suggesting that Canopy will probably lose, you can take that to the bank, or in this case, or if Canopy's bank. This is yet another example of inept management that frankly should be fired. THEY are the reason this company is in such trouble.
