All depends on Schumer and Booker. Schumer has to pass this for New York, but the SJ/SE measures are what will be the killer. Does he hold up the sector again? They keep saying LD, and now negotiations are going well. My concern is we have heard this before.

I agree. We had a great runup on speculation, but that petered out today. Every time WEED tried to move up, it was crushed by sellers. The week was topped off by an exceptionally weak close on heavy volume, despite the Dow and Nasdaq moving into positive territory.
