1) safe passage is looking very slim given the recent string of events and what has been posted on social media

5) We don't know when the new congress is willing to take up any cannabis related issues. Probably not in a hurry.
6) not sure if he can bring it directly to the floor for a vote, but I suspect he could given he brought so many bills this summer re: roe v Wade etc just to get on record where each member stood, however that was when they controlled both the house and senate.
just don't see this playing out positively for a while.

Well said.......I just read where it's speculated only 1 more vote is needed to make this happen and they can't even get it done. That's pretty sad !
I'm heavily loaded in MJ stocks and not really following the sector anymore. There's been too much Rah Rah and lots of noise with no results. This Safe Banking talk has been around for way way too long with nothing really happening other then talk
IMO ....Will this eventually happen ? ......absolutely yes BUT I don't see it happening for some time.
