Black Market, Government ResponsibilityThe SA article sums it up, the market is there and evolving but is struggling stateside yet as the legal issues, varying by state, need to be addressed with legalization in place and BM bud controlled under personal use, allowing a few plants grown for personal use and not for sale. With Biden/ Obama partnered with the cartels and flooding NA with fentanyl, meth etc and bud, the legal industry will continue to grow at a much reduced market share.
Prohibition doesn't work, makes things worse all round...government at the bare minimum is generally always best and far too much stateside today for a healthy legal cannabis market place. Get rid of the cartel operations and keep the BM production trimmed and managed in the background at the maximum. They can start by supporting the Texas and other border states and protecting their borders along with those of the country as well, their main job!!
This will get worked out in the near term, along with many other issues if the country is to survive and thrive...a country is only as strong as it's people and governed by the people for the people. The politicians and government are just hired help, nothing more and can never be allowed more power/ control than that. Canopy will be a survivor and a leader in the indusrty as it expands it's footprint and grows it's market share, of which should be able to get up and running as it should near term. The illegal garbage out there today needs to be cleaned up and industry standards set high, with compliance much closer to absolute, than it is today. JMHO...Opt
