RE:RE:NOTE TO SELFThanks for the insights quinlash, I`m actually pretty good at itthe old fashioned way - pen and a peice of paper.

I always sell 1/2 my position on the double and like you said - remove all risk and let the balance ride for free. That being said I haven`t had that priviledge for a while now.

Following this logic an investor can build an entire portfolio of risk free investments.

The trick is to not fall in love with any one given stock - everything is for sale and I`m quick to give stuff the punt and book profits when a nice classic car or other great antiquity comes along that I just have to have.

Too many times a guy / gal will ride it up and then back down without realizing his / her gains.
