Regarding the insiders. If they are indeed working out the details on a new Cannabis Supply Agreement with Germany through their Canopy Medical Division (in Germany). Then they likely need to get a press release out on this BEFORE they would do any sort of buying to avoid the possibility of being accused of Insider Trading.
If you care to post whatever shares you might have out for sale at a price where the insiders themselves would buy them then by all means, go ahead. Generally speaking you do not want to be the one selling as Insiders Buy (as it's a positive signal) but you go ahead and knock yourself out.
