So... Reclassification = Legalization now?Not sure what's up at the DEA and the rest of this crazy Gov't thatin charge of setting policy.......nation wide, but to me it seems that these Democrat politicians have weaponized the DEA just as they've weaponized all the other Gov't entities like the CIA, FBI, FDA, NSA & many others........to control them to make sure their insane "agendas" are achieved.
Regarding Cannibis Reclassification......THIS is definitely NOT legalization by any means. But the way these cannibis stocks like Canopy are trading recently.....it seems many people think it's the same thing. And though i think it's a positive for the industry.....i don't think its a good thing for the country as a whole. Especially the massive drug epidemic the US is facing during these last 25 years. And will continue to struggle with, unless some drastic action & policies changes are implemented to counter it.
This reclassification stuff will exacerbate the drug problems in the country, and i'm surprised the DEA did consider this.....UNLESS they've been "encouraged/forced/influenced" by certain people, in power, to make these changes....quickly.....to further their agendas & profit from them. To me, it seems quite obvious something was up & leaked out to privileged few months ago, what the DEA was up to and the direction they were taking........So the DEA it seems has its own serious issues to deal with. Just how many people KNEW about this and just how many insiders made a killing on that insider info...........because many seemed to know......MONTHS... before the actual news hit.
I guess we'll just have to see where thisgoes andwhere it ends up. Regardless of the so called "reclassification" as cannabis a class 3 drug.......and its eventual effects on the bottomline of these operations, these LP's & MSO are STILL losing massive amounts of money each quarter becasue it's still unprofitable to sell weed and the black market is killing the legal operators, continues to take market share away from them. And these guys just can't compete with the illegal stuff. And i seriously doubt reclassification is going to change that!
As far as trading Canopy goes, IF you were ONE of the lucky ones to get in at the absolute bottom of that trade and sold at these insane levels with a nice, tidy profit.......then well done & my hats off to you for taking the risk on that successful trade. For those looking to stick around & looking to get more ....out of pure greed.......be warned.....the basic fundamentals have NOT chnaged and just a quickly as these have gone up.......they will come back down to reality just as fast......
My advice.......for those that were losing their shirts on this investment, for so many years, God just handed you a special gift of a second.....third chnace to GTHO with something (make even a small profit for some!).......best you take it.... as there most likely won't be another opportunity to do so...
