I think we are getting distracted. The real issue is what is happening with our stock price?

How can we be trading below last month's high of $15.50 and well below last September's high of $26.00? Considering the news has been released. What is going on?

Here is my theory: Institutional investors make up less than 5% of shares in Canopy. Therefore, the market can easily be controlled by hedge funds and short position groups. Yes there are groups of shorters. We need SAFE banking to allow institutions a path to ownership. Does that make sense?
