The refinancing climate for companies that do nothing but burn cash and have few possibilities of making a profit anytime soon are in a world of hurt trying to raise capital. Who knows how it will turnout here the trend is still down and if this breaks $1.38 there is no bottom. So we sit on the sidelines and wait to see what happens.
