Well considering CGC is lagging behind everyone else, i think there are a few ways this could play out. 1) hearing on safe will bring some fanfare as this will be the first time ever  2) safe passing the senate. Don't underestimate this. This will be big as this again has always been the hold up and has never happened before! 3) safe passing the house, that would be something ...more
