Way to early to suggest a bottom at all. After the ER we can see from there. The debt ceiling needs to get out of the way.  Even when it's done, still no assurances on when Safe will get the committee vote and be sent to the senate.  The entire sector is at the mercy of HHS-Becerra and Congress for Safe Banking And then the ER results.
