I couldn't find anything on the rumour, but since the ticker CGC was used and not WEED, I would also assume US funds.

Yea this rumour started circulating on Thursday on Twitter. when you look at the NKLA chart, it went from ~.50 to 3.44 in like 6 weeks.. interesting.. because of course that is what the Twitter folks think will happen with Cgc, and it could start as early as next week with good results... but who knows.
