Depends on what you think these new developments are going to do with the shareprice in the coming days and weeks and how much better you can make your average by adding cheaper shares. All of that you should figure out in your own. No one on a forum will really be able to comment on your comfort level or ability to buy / hold etc. Hope it all goes well for you
