$1 US and needs to hold it for 10 days to negate getting our Nasdaq listing pulled. I don't know what the big deal is because we already switched from the NYSE because of threats to pull the listing for companies that touch the product which equates to the Feds swooping in, seizing the investment and levelling criminal charges for proceeds of crime.
