THE DAMAGE IS DONE
So my take - either these guys know exactly what they are doing ....or....are utterly clueless.
That PP absolutely killed sector momentum and destroyed confidence, not to mention every longs hope at recouping their money.
WTF would they agree to such a low PP valuation when momentum to the upside was clearly in their favour - it`s because they want the RS, so obvious where the priorities fall and it sure isn`t with the "loyal" share holder base.
Management played right into the shorters hand withno regard for the destruction in share holder value that would follow - so yes, either they have an agenda and know exactly what they are doing or don`t give a flying fooke and are utterly clueless.
I look at this now in a different light - come on management, prove me wrong, what a mess you have made...unless there is some magical ace up your sleeve I just don`t see why you played it this way when we had a great momentum play under way.

They did that on purpose and want the reverse split. Glad I got plus 40%. The timing was awful and planned. I am going to wait until the shares get pushed back down after the reverse split.
