Has anyone factored in the reverse split? What's it really worth?

If it kept us on the nasdaq so that we can hit the green rush coming with a DEA descheduling, it's going to be worth a shuffling of the decimal point

Exactly, a non issue and in the rear view, this was a solid move on Fri and the news from Germany was/ is support. I see this company ready and waiting for maybe US legalization or whatever but they need to be able to open for business in the US, they et al have been waiting...cartels have been busier than ever for some time now....clean up the mess, including the fentanyl. Give the US business ...more

YES HaulJockey I do! ( trying not to) 10,000 shares ×10 = 100,000 Now 1,000 shares × 10 =  10,000 It comes down to how much you paid for your shares to how bitter the pill is. (mine is BitteR) On the bright side at least we have a pill to swallow.   and can add at these prices. M

The reverse split was necessary to comply with NASDAQ listing requirements, the company would not have done it if there was a choice.  That took place in 2023 and is behind us now. The company is the lowest sharecount LP in the market, this is advantageous for both the company and investors.  The R/S also improved the EPS numbers.  You can Google how a reverse split improves EPS ...more
