I don't think too many informed investors are relying on 420 to give the Canadian cannabis sector a 'boost'. And rescheduling at this point - has absolutely no impact on Canadian cannabis LPs, which Canopy still is.

Likely one of the contributing factors.  This April 20th will be  04-20-2024.  That has a nice ring to it for the actual date where the US actually rolls out some level of re-scheduleing or legalization of Cannabis in the US.   

Personnally I think full legalization would be a bit too much to hope for at this time, might be more realistic to consider the possibility of re-scheduling news or a date announced for legalization.

Only speculation / guessing but I am expecting someone will have news to release as part of 4-20.

420 don't mean anything to stocks, just maybe you get a deal on some weed. But you got to love canopy, the constant yoyo action is a blessing to traders.
