Raising Money - Inevitable!

It would seam the long investors are always at a loss with the with WEED.  If they're raising up to $250M US this would be to further dilute current investors.

Inevitable as they need to raise money going forward.

Weed is not profitable yet, so the only way to pay for expenses is through dilution. That is why everyone was asking Klein when they would be profitable. Listen to all of his interviews from the Dales Report to BNN, he clearly states that Canopy will be profitable by year end fiscal 2025. They also need money for Acreage, which also diluted shareholders this week.  Sorry but this is Klein not ...more

Thanks BrokerG!   I wasn't aware of the BNN interview, the Dales Report. I too hope the Dales Report will have Klein again with tougher questions.  Fiscal 2025 will be this exactly 1-year from now. So basically you're saying this dilution is to pay for operating expenses, money for Acreage and possible aquisition, if required.
