Yes, I certainly do. I don't know the first thing about Mr. Frasher, but I believe that the direction from the head of a company, especially one that is floundering, can make a huge difference. There is enough capital left in this company that it is not a lost cause. Let us hope the new chief can justify his reputation.
Further, just the passage of time can improve the outlook of the company, as markets adjust, and previous fixes take effect (see Sandhead's post on accounting gains for example).
