RE:Why is this not trading higher?
Its my belief that the makets and global economy's are disconnected. I don't think all is well in some areas of the world with regards to expansion. If you look at yesterday in the DJIA for example, it was higher by 150 at one point while the S&P and Nasdaq were down. One company, VISA, was responsible for most of that gain. The US in particular seem to be scaling new highs with the participation of relatively few companies. WEF is a resource stock and will need increased demand for its product before we see higher share price. It may be good proxy for what is really going on in the world.
