They are treading water because if they had a clue how to up the value they would....cashing in on option trigger points is a huge motivator and for how many years has WFP just stayed flat. The leaders are old school forestry retreads and I see nothing  to disprove what dosperros has so eloquently presented here, certainly not some slick powerpoint or glossy annual report. If it walks like a duck......

That being said, getting a decent divvy is not a bad play while you hope and wait for a truly gutsy and innovative leader.
