CIBC downgrade... odd timing as there was a day Raymond James upgrade yesterday.  Kind of rediculous.  Q3 results will determine whether I remain heavily invested or lighten up.  Thinking of adding to CJ.

how can you trust banks upgrades and down grades they predict things when we can all figure that out...as for accuracy how often do they hit target....they never give time frame also...waste of advice..

on what facts are you saying upgrades and downgrades...just because they are a bank you say that have the power to influence people...if a investor guy can say they can make you money then why is he still working..i think with some basic skill and education you can do it yourself...these invest groups have a good record to most part but iver heard some people lose  thousands and are very
