While I agree that dilution is a risk and that it lessens our proportional ownership and lessens earnings and revenue per share the only way you get downward pressure from dilution if if someone sells one of those newly issued shares.
Most of those shares were issued with a price tag of North of $9. Which means they will not be selling them at a huge loss only having recently been issued. So while they are a risk (and you need to look at the full terms of the financing deals to understand that risk) I don't think the financing deals are causing enough negative sentiment to have had any meaningful downward pressure (selling) of the stock.
