RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:If you really look at the companyFor the record for those investors that want to do real due diligence, OSCAR stands for "Open Source Clinical Application and Resource" and is software for EMR (electronic medical records). Since it is open source, the application is available to anyone for free without having to pay a provider. If you want to download it yourself, it is here:

The open source version of Oscar offers the ability to integrate into other medical systems using REST or SOAP. Integrations need to be written (which costs money), but there is nothing preventing users from writing these connectors. You can learn to write your own connectors here: https://oscaremr.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OS/pages/78315537/Integration+Apps
WELL offers something called OscarPro (https://oscarpro.ca/why-us/), which is essentially Oscar open source, plus support, plus integration to WELL tools. It looks like there are some UI/UX improvements in OscarPro as well as hosting services.
So all in all, OscarPro looks like a good offering (can't comment on the pricing since I don't know what it is), that will appeal to medical professionals since running the software is a pain.
But it is incorrect to make the claim that "WELL is the only digital health clinic network that can provide this kind of interoperability combined with open sourced EMR record" since that assertion is based on software that is available to anybody for free. I write software, so if I wanted to, I could use Oscar as a basis to create a competitor and not be far behind WELL.
Shorty, you keep asking for facts. There they are for you, laid out with sources,

When medical health technologies come into use they will need an open source platform that will interact with their devices and update electronic medical records and interact with other businesses like pharmacies or other care givers etc. WELL is the only digital health clinic network that can provide this kind of interoperability combined with open sourced EMR record. Im sure though that your weak mind can't even contemplate the significance of this and you will revert to commenting on past price performance only because that's the only thing you understand and it's the only consideration you use to buy or sell. You are weak.
