WELL - Wall Street posts biggest plunge in two years

commentary on the board suggesting share price movements for WELL are the result of some problem with the company seem deaf to the reality of what is happening in the overall market.  And to anyone trading the overall market conditions, its all been said thousands of times before, and I prefer to follow Warren Buffets approach where he acknowledges he has no idea what the markets will do tomorrow or next week or next year or the next few years, but rather, focusses on where his companies will be in ten to twenty years.  Not here to bash other's who are focussed on these short term moves, but hopefully there can be some respect for posters who have a longer term vision for the company.  Modesty is a good quality in the markets and arrogance can get you killed.  Surely we can all agree on that.

Share price movement of WELL are due to one reason only. Stock is overvalued and there are no buyers. Institutional buyers are not stepping in. Once stock is no longer considered overvalued, buyers will step in and start buying. My own guess is $2.50 range which will most likely put us around end of the year or Q1 2023 when Fed will pause.

To suggest price movement is not at all a result of market forces show just how much of a liar you really are. Anyone can see that. You lie.

NoShorts, You need to keep fighting the shorts. Don't stop. We need you to fight those evil shorts. You have been fighting them since $7.50 and here we are at $3. Not exactly winning the battle NoShorts. There is no other reason for WELL to be down other than Shorts. If it wasn't because of the Shorts, this is a 30$ stock and you won't have to plant trees anymore.

You have no bashing game. You seem to flip flop saying the price drop is a result of being overvalued only and nothing to do with the overall market sentiment or sector movements.  But previously you have said it was an inevitable market downturn and that nobody understands the markets here but you. Therefore you are a liar. Both can't be true.  You lack any kind of intelligence ...more

So now speedy is blaming the overall bear market for WELL's current share price.  Thats rich coming from him.  Who kept telling the board that the bear markets and interest rate hike is already priced in since January 2021 and WELL is such a unique company it will have no impact.  Who kept telling every one to buy and keep buying since the share price collapsed.  When I ...more

NoShorts, Budd can have a wholly bottle is Single Malt Scotch + 12 beers and he will still sound much more educated than you. Just go look at his comment history and compare it to yours. You have been blaming the " nonexistent shorts " since stock was at 8$. He called the stock perfectly.  please sit this one out. When we discuss tree planting, you can add to the conversation ...more

Bud, when you say you've got nothing but time, I believe it!  Wow.  I stand by the statements above.  The first comment was in response to your suggestion that everyone should panic and sell all their stocks because of interest rate hikes and an inevitable bear market.  I wouldn't sell my own business for those reasons and for the same reason I would not sell WELL due ...more

Wow, First reply to Speedy and I get put in the penalty box for 7 days.  Must be nice to have that kind of pull on SH.  Lololololol... Every single thing he said have been wrong.  He has done nothing but given terrible advice on SH and I honestly hope no one took it seriously.  From telling the board to keep buying, to not use any stop loss, to hold tight, to not take profit ...more

Bud, you are taking stockhouse and yourself far too seriously.  We have different time horizons for our predictions as to how this will play out.  Why not just leave it at that.
