Unfortunately this is how many companies work. They cut the important pieces that help the company run and leave the big wigs in power. The reality is that sometimes mistakes are needed for learning to be realized. Companies, like individuals learn through mistakes and taking risks. There is a method to their madness. I hope that things can turn around in the right direction, it is always tough to cut anyone especially when times are hard and in a tough economy. As long as moves are made strategically one way or another things will move forward. Positivity is the key for any company to stay in business. If management maintains positivity and a direction things can turn around and hopefully will.
