It will also be interesting to see if there`s a price fall after the vote is announced.
There are apparently some investors voting against this deal, and if it goes through one wonders if they will dump their shares in response. If they suddenly find a bunch of Long Term shares in their account, they may well dump them.
About 7 years ago, I remember voting against the Bulldog deal - in that case, there was something like 15% that voted with me..............after the deal was approved, I was so po`d I dumped my position. In retrospect I wish I`d kept it, but short term I think the price sank.
On the otherhand, there are others expecting this deal to go through.........and that probably includes the WFE management tearm, who are probably busy looking for other jobs - if the deal is not approved, one wonders if the price will tank over the short term as the market struggles to figure out if WFE still has a management team!
