RE:RE:BNN...DUMBThis is why l urge all shareholders to keep the pressure on WFG board to issue dividends. Here are reasons.... Lumber futures can greatly influence WFG share price but really don't affect earnings. Yes Tuesday futures were down but cash & contract prices reported by Random Lengths and Madisons were all up last Friday. This is the price the mill is selling at and pricing their contracts at. So while real sales and profits are huge and one day dip.in futures cause the share price to come off $10. AND This is a company that is about half OSB to boot. Its crazy. From a value point of view WFG is a tough one to make money on. If it paid a decent 4-5% dividend it would attract different type of shareholders and stabilize the share price. I've said it before but WFG will always be overly influenced by lumber futures. Wait till futures really start dropping for real. Like from 1200 to say 600. Even though 600 is still a great and profitable price for the mill what will the share price do....yikes. l dont even want to print it. #Dividends
