Technicals
Technicals I buy almost strictly on technicals. Going through dozens of stocks and reits this week, this chart best exhibits the characteristics I am look for.
The relative strength indicator based on the paremeters I use is indicating just over 60, suggesting a further move upwards may be in the cards.
Historical data from the past 3 years indicatres the relative strength has hit 70 numerous times. Based on financials and T/A combined, I am leaning strongly on further price appreciation on this issue.
Next hurdle clearning the double top.
