"In a research note to clients, FirstEnergy Capital analyst Darren Engels felt this was good news for Winstar shareholders, noting that thanks to the deal, Winstar’s implied share price is $3.11 per share, a 73 per cent premium to the closing price of $1.80 per share on April 24 before the deal was announced. “We recommend that Winstar shareholders tender their shares,” Engels wrote."
