Wajax Announces Acquisition of Tundra Process Solutions

TORONTO , Dec. 30, 2020 /CNW/ - Wajax Corporation (" Wajax " or the " Corporation ") today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement (the " Definitive Agreement ") to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Calgary, Alberta -based Tundra Process Solutions Ltd. (" Tundra ") for total consideration of $99.1 million . Pursuant to the terms of the Definitive Agreement, the purchase price for the Tundra shares will be satisfied by the payment in cash of $74.6 million and the issuance of 1,357,142 common shares of Wajax

I always thought the risk with this company was two fold, the little concern being that it was a small company....the bigger concern being the level of debt. The little problem has become smaller, and the bigger problem has become bigger!! At least share price up today, but any real slow down and the increased leverage may come back to bite us, even if manifest through a reduced dividend. I remain

Great ride from the lows!! Have to take some risk off the table, but other than under my mattress not sure where or what that should be.
