Congratulations to the Sellers? Well, just thought I would write a letter congratulating the sellers of the last 6 months.
You guys had the courage to sell, and perhaps were content with whatever gains you had. And by selling, you stopped any further losses. And you also have the option to buy into Willow at a much lower price or to move on to greener pastures. Cheers. Wish I was as smart as you sellers of the last 3 months. I added it up, and it looks like 13 million shares were sold and bought in the last 3 months. And obviously much more for the last 6 months but I don't have access to those numbers to add it up here. Thankfully, none of the insiders sold, but only purchased. That's a little comforting.
I have empathy for the buyers of the 13 million shares of the last 3 months. I am one of them. Everytime we buy, very soon price drops. That's sure disappointing. So with a hundred million shares out, the owners of the 87 million that did not sell join us as ones who are still suffering this evaporation of our wealth. We join the buyers of the 17.5 million shares purchased at 1.65. And what about today? half a million shares were sold. Who is the wiser? The sellers or the buyers? I would love to know the reasons the sellers have sold. Do they know something we don't know? Are they wiser and have more insight than the directors and CEO ?
You who bought the half million shares today? Why did you do so? Look at the depressing chart....man that is some depressing....why did you buy? Seriously? If your buying, it means your optimistic the price is going up. If so, can you share your optimism perhaps even on this board? It might slow down the sellers a little. Then again,,maybe you don't want to slow down the sellers?
If we can get the price to 35 cents....I believe this is close to what the cash that willow has makes the shares worth. So with no debt, it would be easy for Willow to be bought out. Just pay 40 million to get all the shares, and now you own the company, and guess what...you still own 40 million cash in Willow's bank account. lol
These extreme fluctuation of share price is intriguing and fascinating and depressing all at the same time. Are the collective sellers selling in fear? Their is no bad news so why didn't the sellers today sell a month ago,,or two months ago? Only one answer...price is going down and down and they fear losing anymore. What other reason can anyone supply? If price was going up and up they wouldn't be selling.
Well, since Willow has no debt and 40 million, it guarantees a bottom to this free fall of stock price. Does management have an educated guess....sure would be nice if they could give an update and reassure shareholders. Especially the ones who put up 28 million dollars.
If they are so confident in the company, why not take some of the 40 million and buy back shares at 70 cents. Then in the future when they need the money, they can sell. LIkely the stock price will be much higher then and they will have added to Willow's bank account.
Just a thought....
