Thanks, RookieInv, this is very nteresting. However, bear in mind that
Detour Lake is open pit, whereas, Area 51 if mined, would not be (or I assume not, because these latest results seem too deep for open pit).

However, Detour Lake's projected AISC for 2019 is over $1100. If you mine
ore from Area 51in combination with ore from the main discovery zone, the combined g/t Au would be much higher than Detour's grade. Without a doubt, in this case, WM's AISC would be signicantly lower than $1100.

It is very understadable why management is so enthused about Area 51!
