The Company’s Martiniere project is located approximately 110 kilometers (km) west of the town of Matagami and 150 km north of Amos, Quebec, Canada. The Company’s Beschefer project covers 6.47 square kilometers (km2) and is located 28 km southwest of the Fenelon Gold project. The Company also holds a 19.9% interest in the Archer Exploration Corp. (Archer). Archer holds a portfolio of nickel assets in Ontario and Quebec.

The terms arent that bad to be honest. THey've put a cap on 35 milli over 5 years for 75%. Pretty much helping fund WM's fenelon expenses for no work or redistributed manpower. This is a great way to get extra money without taking another PP and risking further dilution. Not only that but KL could map out Detour East in that time frame for us which in 5 years will still have lots of ore to mine (thats if we're not owned by KL at that point) This is a huge W
