It was pointed out that Insiders on only about 1.5% or less of the company's stock. However, the market capitalization of the company with a large number of shares issued, is pretty large, so this inside ownership amounts to 9 million dollars were so of stock, and actually until recently 12 million dollars or more. Unless the company officers and board members happened to be immensely wealthy, that would seem to me to be a reasonable representation of ownership by insiders in the company.
