The Company’s Beschefer project covers 6.47 square kilometers (km2) and is located 28 km southwest of the Fenelon Gold project. The Company also holds a 19.9% interest in the Archer Exploration Corp. (Archer). Archer holds a portfolio of nickel assets in Ontario and Quebec.

Sounds like willfull avoidance of shareholder interest and conflict of interest by the board but I'm not the expert you claim to be perhaps a Quebec specialist in class action litigation on behalf of all shareholders including the caisse de depot can provide an answer. Don't worry Your buddy Tony will make money off the Wallbridge shares he gets for his altruistic work on the board. Dedicated to the best interests of our company . Right Bucky? Marv?
