Most people buying shares at these levels would be MORE than happy with a triple (let's say 0.30 per share), so they are voting yes if it happens. Here's the kicker, the bagholders at higher prices (like myself) also vote yes just to relieve themselves of the pain and the dead money in their accounts because of how long this has been beaten down for.
With so many shareholders ready to throw in the towel, why would any major overbid for this when they don't have to? Crow, you keep calling for a 100 bagger... really? How? Why would a major pay a 10000% premium on each share when they DON'T NEED TO?
I know you are so delusional that this will go straight over your head but ill say it anyway. 0.30 per share is a PREMIUM at this point. Read it and weep, because it's going to happen.
