Napkin Math for Fun

Let's do the napkin math ( also noting that we have underground infrastructure in place )
Say we get a permit for 2500 ton per day at 5 day per week as a minimum = 652500 ton / yr
We have decent grades but say we average out at 5grams per ton * 652500 = 3262500grams
so 3262500 / 31.103g/t = 104893oz gold per year
Average AISC to mill is $1048.00 per oz from Kitco news article as of this morning (https://www.kitco.com/news/2021-07-01/Metals-Focus-are-noticing-higher-costs-for-gold-miners.html )
Gold price is currently running  between $1700.00 and $1800.00 per oz.  but for our case we'll use the lower;..........
$1700.00 - $1048.00 = $652.00 net per oz on the low side.
Therefor $652.00 * 104893 = $68,390,508 cash pretax etc.

Okay kids;....pick me apart / beat me up as I am trying to generate some discussion.  You see us old guys actually like to speak  on project potential and facts as opposed to name calling and foot stomping!!  All that is getting a little "old" so to speak.

AISC for Wallbridge will be like $1850 at the beginning that why nothing is moving. This project needs $2000 gold. Mr Sprott said it himself in one of his podcast last year. Your numbers are from wishful thinking old man. Your shares are worthless go back to work

Too conservative IMHO. But your reasoning is logical. Our only real( albeit good )problem is that our grade is much better than Detour. As long as we can fend off a cheap buyout from KL permitting and an open pit next summer is feasible. We have a stronger board now and I suspect that after the Detour east fiasco their guard is up. I'm happy to have no deal and hold for years. This 99 sq ...more

All of that looks good and is certainly based on as noted pretty modest estimates of the price of gold. If gold goes to $1,900 per ounce, it becomes 89 million dollars before-tax profit. If it goes to $2,000 an ounce, it becomes 100 million dollars pretax profit. I don't personally see any flaws with your calculations. As follow up for discussion, if they get permitting promptly this fall, is ...more

Good evening, yes modest is best and and I feel they are realistic values. With the current infrastructure I would think they could start pulling ore right away which would finance development of the current infrastructure to facilitate full scale mining activities...but that would be a good question for Marz Kord.  Keep in mind that they would be ramping up the operations over time ...more
