If you connect the dots it seems that way to me.  If not they are oblivious to the market realities.  I could list all the past and present events and structures that screams "help the shorts", but that is certainly my view.  You do your own connecting.  Randy...not everyone is a sleep... jmo

Is Randy not on the WGC?  I believe he is.  If so, is this not a conflict of interest for a CEO of "metals streaming", company?  I would say it is.  Does this explain WPM curious structure, the latest being (ATM), and in my view underperformance? https://goldseek.com/article/basel-3-already-has-demolished-claims-central-banks-dont-rig-gold-market
